Formerly the "European User Group for Microsoft Identity & Access Technologies", we have re-branded the event to better reflect the range of topics we now cover, which includes business focussed content as well as the technical content our previous event was known for. This event provides the ideal opportunity to advance your knowledge of IDA and discover more about Microsoft and complimentary IDA solutions.
With the much anticipated release of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010, the agenda naturally carries a particularly strong focus on this important software release. Most of day one will be spent exploring FIM and the new opportunities it provides and explaining how they relate to specific IDA issues. Using solution demo's and case studies we will show how FIM is being used to provide IDA solutions. A team of ISV's will share with us how FIM impacts upon the industry-leading solutions they deliver and we give you a chance to put your FIM questions to Microsoft, ISV's and a panel of experienced implementation consultants. We'll also hear from Microsoft on their latest thinking and technologies relating to the future of identity and security.
In day two we'll be looking at access and security in greater detail, including multi-factor authentication, information protection, secure remote access and federation. Later in the day we will hear from customers that have implemented ILM and FIM to see what we can learn from their experiences. A futures presentation will provide some interesting food for thought and finally, we round out the event with Q&A and open discussion on all things identity and access related.
