
Hugh Simpson-Wells (OCG)
Hugh has spent the last twenty five years in the IT sector, in technical roles as well as serving at senior management and board levels within public and private companies. He originally started Oxford Computer Group (OCG) in 1983 and in 2002 restarted OCG with a specialization in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Since that time Hugh has focussed on the development and presentation of IAM and related material, as well as IAM consultancy and training for business and technical audiences worldwide.

James Cowling (OCG)
James is has more than 20 years’ experience as a consultant and architect. Working with Microsoft Mail and Exchange led to pre-release work with MIIS. A co-founder of Oxford Computer Group, James co-wrote the training courses for MIIS, ILM and FIM (several of which are now available from Microsoft). He has been involved in many large and complex implementations of this family of products, some involving more than 150,000 users. He lives in Germany with his wife, three sons and an office full of hardware that he can’t bring himself to part with.

Paul Lambert (Hampshire County Council)
Paul has been working for Hampshire County Council for 8 years' in a varity of roles, working with Microsoft, Citrix and VMware technologies. His current role in the Technical Architecture team has involved him in the design and implementation of significant new solutions, particularly focusing on education and cloud technologies. He brings a wealth of real-world experience in the delivery of projects in the often challenging public sector environment.

Ralph O’Brien (IT Governance)
Ralph is an Information Security Consultant for IT Governance. His experience includes information security, business continuity, data protection, PCI DSS, quality assurance and associated disciplines. Before joining IT Governance, Ralph worked for the Police, Royal Signals, QinetiQ, URM and, Control Risks. He was an ISO27001 and ISO9001 Lead Auditor for a well-known certification body and has served a variety of national and international clients. Ralph is a BCS/ISEB course director in information security management and data protection.

Robert Jones (Microsoft)
Robert has over 15 years experienced in identity management and directory services and has been working for Microsoft for 4 years. As well as being an Identity Architect in the UK subsidary, he's also the EMEA Technology Lead for Identity, Information Protection and Strong Authentication. Prior to Microsoft Robert worked at Sun Microsystems, supporting their identity and access business solutions and brings that experience to the Windows Platform. Today Robert helps to define and drive Microsoft identity technologies and the Microsoft partner landscape to support them.Simon Veale (OCG)
Simon has more than twenty five years IT experience, working in computer operations, application development, product support, consultancy, and as a system architect and designer. He has worked with identity management technologies since the early days of directory services in the late ‘80s. Prior to joining Oxford Computer Group, Simon was the pre-sales technical lead for identity solutions at Microsoft UK. With experience spanning all industries, Simon has worked on or led projects ranging in size from those requiring small 2 or 3 man teams to multi-million pound, globally distributed, directory and email service deployments. His extensive knowledge of directory and identity-related technologies, especially those currently offered by Microsoft, leaves him ideally placed to both advise on and implement identity management solutions today.
Yuval Eldar
Mr. Yuval Eldar has extensive experience of more than 20 years in R&D and Product Management. Prior to founding Secure Islands, Yuval was R&D Group Manager at Check Point (NASDAQ: CHKP). In this role, he was directly responsible for all development activities of the company's two major product lines. Prior to that, Yuval was VP R&D of Britannica Knowledge Systems Ltd. (BKS) a start-up company which was acquired by Britannica Inc. During his military service, Yuval served as an officer in an elite technology unit, where he managed strategic and large scale R&D projects.
