He was Managing Director of Oxford Computer Applications, the consulting arm of Oxford, building it from zero to a multi-million pound international organization.
James Cowling has an extraordinary breadth of IT knowledge and skills allowing him to deliver a wide variety of consulting and training engagements for Oxford throughout Europe and the USA, but also is a specialist in project management and workplace collaboration solutions. Resident in Germany, he established Oxford's office in Heidelberg in 1998.
Neil Coughlan has an impressive record in building service organisations such as Oxford, Aris and Edenbrook. He has a great deal of experience in service delivery, working strategically with partners (such as Microsoft, Dell and Intel) , providing vision for IT services, and developing sales and marketing campaigns to drive new business.
James Booth has 18 years' experience in the IT industry, primarily in the areas of directory services and identity management. Having joined Microsoft in 1999 with the acquisition of ZOOMIT Corporation, James Booth as Group Program Manager led the Program Management team responsible for the design and specification of MIIS 2003. An innovative IT software analyst, he has an incredible amount of experience in the field of identity management.
Craig Martin has an extensive IT background, including working with metadirectory products at Microsoft for over 5 years. Whilst at Microsoft he specialised in identity management and directory integration and was involved developing MIIS with customers through the product development cycle. He has extensive experience in providing architecture, design and implementations for large companies deploying integration solutions.
Ruediger Berndt has enjoyed a highly successful career as a strategic consultant and lead architect on a variety of projects for major enterprise companies throughout Europe. His extensive experience includes identity management and system design projects, as well as integration and worldwide migrations across a range of directories. A specialist in directory services, Ruediger's qualifications and skills in identity and access management are unrivalled in his native Germany.
Bert Sugayan has a proven track record in managing and growing successful new business ventures. As a former attorney and seasoned management executive, Bert has extensive international business experience with success in managing diverse, interdisciplinary teams across geographies. Prior to joining Oxford as its President of North American Operations in July of 2005, Bert held senior executive management positions in corporate strategy and business development for both private and public companies, including Getty Images and Corbis Corporation, and was Vice President and General Counsel at ARIS Corporation, an IT services firm located in Seattle, Washington. As an attorney, Bert specialized in the areas of international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
