What is Forefront Identity Manager 2010?

Forefront Identity Manager 2010 (FIM 2010) is the newly branded development of Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 (ILM 2007). This is the rebranded development of Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) and Certificate Lifecycle Manager (CLM).

FIM 2010 includes all the features of ILM 2007 plus a web service and a portal that can be used to manage users, groups, credentials and policies.

OCG are THE training people for FIM

Oxford Computer Group wrote the Microsoft courses for MIIS 2003 and ILM 2007:

  • MS2731: Designing, Deploying and Managing MIIS 2003/ILM 2007 (4 days)
  • A504: Advanced Implementer and Developer (4 days)

We have trained more students than any other provider in the world – more than 5000 over 5 years on 5 continents.
We have already written and delivered FIM 2010 training courses for Microsoft, and we are developing a series of courses designed to equip users, consultants and developers with the knowledge they need to maximize the potential of FIM 2010.
