
Brjann Brekkan (Microsoft)
Brjann moved to Microsoft’s corporate office in January 2008 where he was the Technical Product Manager for Identity and Access including products like Active Directory and Forefront Identity Manager until June 2011 when he moved back into the Enterprise sales organization as the Enterprise Technical Strategist and Worldwide compete lead for Microsoft Identity and Security solutions. Brjann spent 4 years at Microsoft in Sweden with focus on core infrastructure products and before that 7 years as an infrastructure consultant and trainer.

Dave Nesbitt (OCG)
Dave is a the OCG US Practice Manager and Senior Architect at Oxford Computer Group where he runs the US consulting practice but also still keeps his hand in designing and delivering complex identity and access management solutions. Dave has vast experience with identity management principles and technology and directory services, and has hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Management solutions from Zoomit to FIM. Long ago, Dave was editor and chief correspondent of The DIM Report, an identity management newsletter and website (no longer published).
Donald Cristan (American State Bank)
Donald Cristan is a Vice President and the Information Security Officer at American State Bank (ASB) in Lubbock, Texas. Donald’s responsibilities include overseeing Information Technology Audits, Security Policies and Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
Currently in his ninth year with ASB, Donald has over 20 years of IT experience in the telecommunication industry. Donald graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree, and earned his MBA at Wayland Baptist University. He also holds a CISSP certification since 2005.

Hugh Simpson-Wells (OCG)
Hugh has spent the last twenty five years in the IT sector, in technical roles as well as serving at senior management and board levels within public and private companies. He originally started Oxford Computer Group (OCG) in 1983 and in 2002 restarted OCG with a specialization in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Since that time Hugh has focussed on the development and presentation of IAM and related material, as well as IAM consultancy and training for business and technical audiences worldwide.

Jay Schulman (KPMG)
Managing Director, KPMG LLP
Jay is the National Leader for Identity and Access Management within the Information Protection and Business Resiliency Practice. Schulman has thirteen years of information security experience including positions in senior information security management and leadership.
Marvin Tansley (OCG)
Marvin Tansley, the President of Oxford Computer Group North America, joined OCG in January 2010 bringing his 17 years of product and management know-how. His three years of experience as a Microsoft alliance Manager has helped position OCG services and products as Microsoft continues to develop their identity and access strategies with the goal of moving all of their applications toward the “Cloud”. He continues to expand and refine OCG NA.

Paul Heiden (BHOLD)
Paul Heiden (1967) is BHOLD’s founder. Paul started his career as officer of the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. Having obtained a master degree in business and Roman law, he became legal counsel and frequently encountered the problem of controlling access to confidential information. In this period he developed the ideas on business driven access control that became the foundation for BHOLD in 1997 and developed into BHOLD’s leading business applications for access management today.

Randy Wiemer (OCG)
Randy Wiemer is an identity management solutions architect with Oxford Computer Group North America working with customers to implement ILM/FIM as well as AD FS. For the past three years he has focused on assisting schools adopt Microsoft’s Live@edu cloud-services. Prior to joining Oxford he spent 25 years with the University of Missouri where he held a variety of administrative and teaching positions. He was a charter member of Microsoft’s Identity and Access Customer Advisory Council giving input to various Microsoft product teams. He has performed proof of concept work for Microsoft demonstrating federated access with Live ID using AD FS, Shibboleth and the Microsoft Federation Gateway. In addition to holding degrees in mathematics and computer science he is a licensed attorney.
Stephen Smith (American State Bank)
Stephen Smith is an IT Network Engineer at American State Bank in Lubbock, Texas. Stephen is responsible for application delivery via various Citrix products and assists in setting the technical direction for the bank. Stephen serves as the IT Technical Lead for large projects and mentors other engineers. Currently in his sixth year at American State Bank, Stephen has over 15 years of IT experience in various fields ranging from consulting to Building Automation. Stephen holds various IT certifications and currently is focusing on application and user-environment delivery.

Tom Winkler (Microsoft)
Thomas is the Identity Solutions Professional for Microsoft, covering Forefront Identity Manager 2010 and Windows Rights Management Services for the South Central District. Thomas has been with Microsoft for 4 years, and has been supporting/selling Identity Management solutions for 13 years. Prior to joining Microsoft, Thomas worked as a Product Manager for FullArmor Corporation, and was the Administration Product Lead at NetIQ/Mission Critical Software.
