Our approach to projects is normally based on the OCG Identity Methodology. This has been developed over many implementations and includes the process, documentation and design templates required to deploy a successful identity and access management solution in a timely manner.

Using the methodology, the project team’s activities are guided so that the correct information is gathered, the solution is designed, and decisions are made in the right timescales. Testing and user acceptance milestones are fundamental elements of the methodology, along with formal risk and issue management techniques. The methodology reflects project management best practices.
